Welcome to RoqetReach. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement governs your use of the RoqetReach platform, including all services related to call tracking, lead generation, and performance marketing.
1. Definitions
"Platform" refers to the RoqetReach services. "Publisher" refers to traffic sources providing calls. "Buyer" refers to entities receiving calls. "User" refers to any registered account holder.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. Accounts found to be fraudulent will be terminated.
3. Payment Terms
Payouts are processed upon admin approval. RoqetReach reserves the right to withhold payouts pending quality review. All financial transactions are subject to verification.
4. Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to TCPA, TSR, FTC guidelines, and state-specific telemarketing laws. Non-compliant traffic sources will be suspended.
5. Call Quality Standards
All calls are subject to quality assurance review. Calls that are deemed fraudulent, transferred, or non-compliant may result in clawback of commissions and account suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and technology are the property of RoqetReach. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any platform assets without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
RoqetReach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. RoqetReach reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts engaged in fraud or policy violations.
9. Data & Privacy
By using the platform, you consent to our collection and use of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Call recordings and caller data are processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
10. Modifications
RoqetReach reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
